7s tend to be one of the most extraverted social types in the Enneagram, with nearly nine-tenths of them extraverts.

  • May think a lot about acting in line with their values

  • Highly intellectual; more comfortable connecting on interests and ideas

  • The most noticeably extroverted type

  • Radiates endless energy and enthusiasm, often with big arm movements, wide smiles, loud laughter

  • Frequent storytelling; often find themselves as the center of attention

  • May dread the end of events and push to keep them going

  • Adrenaline junkies; seek stimulation by interacting with others
